This whole thing started as a list in a notes app.
Two friends, both working remotely, kept having the same conversations over and over. The stuff nobody posts about. So one day we wrote it all down.
The list got long. And we realised if the two of us needed this, so did a lot of other people.
The Vantage Peak is us working through that list, out loud, with anyone who wants in. What we learn, we share. That is the whole model.
